What began as a two-person operation with a single machine has grown into a thriving organization with over 100 employees, more than 25 molding machines, a fully equipped tool shop, and a wide range of secondary operations.
Today, the second generation carries that legacy forward. Leadership from Hartie Spence III and Hyder Spence, alongside a dedicated executive team, ensures that ASH Industries remains focused on innovation, quality, and long-term customer success. The addition of an Advisory Board further strengthens our commitment to growth while honoring the founder’s vision and deep connection to the communities we serve.
